TERMS OF USE & PRIVACY POLICY

1. General

This website is owned by Dictador Europe Sp. z o.o., having its registered office Katowice, Poland (hereinafter D.E.).
The purpose of the website is to provide users with information about Dictador Europe Sp. z o.o. products, including the advertising and promotion of these products.

D.E. respects the privacy of users of this website (hereinafter: a User or Users). This policy outlines the type of information D.E. may collect this website and how it may use that information. By using this site and/or providing personal information to D.E., you agree to the terms of this policy.

 

2. Limiting access to minors

Access to our website is limited to people over 18 or the legal age for lawfully purchasing alcohol – according to the laws of the country from which they view the website. D.E.. does not intend to collect the personal information of any individual who is under 18 years of age or below the minimum legal age (if higher than 18). If we become aware that the personal information of any individual under this age is provided to us, we shall delete it from our database.

To use this website a User does not have to provide D.E. with personal information, i.e. data allowing identification (including e.g. full name, date of birth, phone number). However, when using this website the User may be requested to provide D.E. with their personal information for a specific purpose: to take part in a competition, to answer a question or to receive our newsletter. The provision of such personal information (e.g. email address) is voluntary, but at the same time required to meet the intended purpose.

If there are other purposes for which we will use a User’s personal information, D.E. will inform the User at the time of collection. By providing this information, the User consents to the use and disclosure of such personal information for the purposes notified.

 

4. Newsletter

To receive the newsletter the User must provide their email address. This address will be used by D.E. only to send required information. Should the User wish to cancel such subscription they may do so at any time.

All data about users collected by D.E. with this website is stored and processed in a way that ensures its safety, in compliance with the Polish law.

 

6. Disclosure / provision of personal data

Personal data provided to D.E. with this website shall not be transferred or disclosed to third parties, unless with the User’s express consent. The above does not apply to the provision of personal data at a lawful request of authorized administrative authorities or courts.

Please note that we require some time to update User data.

 

9. Content placed on User pages

If Users are allowed to place content – in particular comments – on this website D.E. reserves the right to remove any content placed by a User which in D.E.’s opinion may infringe a law, be an affront to public morality, abuse religious beliefs, a third party’s personal or other rights, the good name of Dictador Europe Sp. z o.o. or a brand presented on the website, or contains vulgar or abusive language.

11. Variation

This Dictador Europe Sp. z o.o. Privacy Policy may change from time to time. Any User rights under this Privacy Policy shall not be limited without a User’s express consent. Any changes to this Privacy Policy shall be published on this website. Previous versions of this Privacy Policy shall be also maintained in an archive for Users to peruse.
