Tasting Notes:
Nose
Bold black cherry notes, cinnamon and apple turnover, nutmeg and oak spices. A good portion of vanilla is there to underpin the apple notes.

Palate
Ginger at first, with strong notes of oak. Cinnamon and mace, with white pepper and some clove notes. Earthy Manuka honey gives this body and texture.

Finish
Ginger snaps, with a lovely red cherry note.
