Within 2Masters project, we blur the lines between spirits categories. It is now time that this superior aged rum finds its way to the workshops of some of the most outstanding artists of the spirit world – artists who expertly craft distinct categories of alcohol in the most exquisite ways imaginable. Each of these artists has been meticulously selected to represent his own category of alcohol, based on craftsmanship that is unmatched, exceptional and beyond compare. Each invited artist is to receive in their domain specially selected barrels of Dictador rum and to continue the unique maturing process: in a different cellar, on a different continent, under the expertise of another Cellar Master.

Tasting Notes:
Nose
The top notes are of Christmas cake with burnt edges, with toasted
flaked almonds, becoming gamey and meaty after a while (roast grouse). The
mid-notes are both fruity (old Madeira) and floral – a heady, scented fragrance
of tropical lilies on a hot night. The base note is reminiscent of burnt toffee.

Palate
A creamy, mouth-filling texture and a sweet taste overall, with treacle
toffee in mid-palate and a suggestion of wine-marinaded and glazed pork.
Then a perfumed finish, pleasantly mouth-cooling with lingering warm spice.

Finish
Rich, mellow and rounded, layered and complex, with each layer of
aroma and taste revealing itself in turn.
