Tasting Notes:
Nose
A herbal note, backed with freshly cut grass, lime zest, some notes of juniper and a hint of fresh cotton. Really fresh. Pine shoots, too.

Palate
Lime at first, moving into lemon and more of the fresh cut grass notes come through. Vanilla ice cream and some notes of whipped cream. Very light indeed.

Finish
Light with some notes of vanilla and lemon meringue pie.
