Tasting Notes:

Nose
An opening of lightly toasted wood smoke spice, some blackcurrant
leaf, and vintage leather. There is also mace leads to autumnal forest floors and white pepper.

Palate
Cranberry notes at the front of the palate which leads to damsons, and plums. Oak spices and leather carry the notes further for a complex palate that has hints of salted caramel.

Finish
The sales caramel comes through strongly with dark chocolate and
some orange notes.
