Nose
Toasted hazelnuts, vintage copper, some runny honey and orange blossom. A hint of jalapeño and some cinnamon balls. Malted milk biscuits and vanilla.

Palate
Elegant on the plate with white peaches, and cream, some rhubarb notes, too. Red stone fruits. Toasted marshmallow and rye.

Finish
Heavy liquorice with cardamon notes.
