Tasting Notes:

Nose
Manuka honey, white chocolate and toffee. Some hints of blood orange and a note of fig. Eucalyptus notes and pomegranate backed with a hint of smoke.

Palate
Smoked game, with a black cherry sauce is the base. This moves to cloves and red wine, with a burnt butter note and some elements of peanut
brittle.

Finish
Some bitter orange which is backed with walnuts and a hint of tobacco
smoke.
