Tasting Notes:

Nose
Orange at the fore with freshly baked gingerbread and redcurrants. Citrus energy with lemon zest, and bayleaf with rosemary and winter herbs. Plum sweetness.

Palate
Chocolate dipped candied mandarin, with green apples, dark cacao and black cherry notes. Some more of the bay leaf and herbaceous notes which lend body and structure.

Finish
Tobacco, clove and freshly polished oak.
